Joyce was extremely helpful when my mom was dealing with Colon cancer, and (10+ years later) when I also got a diagnosis of Colon cancer. Joyce respected any question we had and helped us with questions to ask our medical personnel.  She helped us understand the range of possibilities of the disease and the treatment options. Her calm and confident manner was reassuring, and we found her descriptions to be accurate and her advice to be wise and very helpful.
